Mot, the bolian barber from TNG. It's a great detail to add a barber as background character, because of course people on a starship do still need to get their hair cut ... But also, he's such a busy body and I love it.

I love the scene in which Worf threatens him with the scissors and he's all like "I WAS JUST ABOUT TO CUT OFF A LITTLE BIT OF YOUR HIAR I SWEAR EEEEEK", lol!
