Jul. 28th, 2017 08:33 amI watched the first episode of Akazukin Chacha last night (a magical girl show from 1994) and it was so lighthearted and fun. It felt like just what I needed to cheer me up!
It's about a young witch who's clumsy with her magic and often messes up her spells, but who can also use a magical item to transform into a powerful magical girl.
I didn't even mind the love triangle aspect of the show. Usually I find love triangles frustrating because of all the drama, but this one was played for laughs, so it just felt like another fun aspect of the show.
Looking forward to watching more episodes of this!
